Yin + Yang, Exploring Balance Through Movement and Stillness

In this special Yin + Yang event, happening on the full moon in Gemini, we will explore the ancient Taoist philosophy of Yin and Yang, which represents the interconnected duality of opposites. Yin is the receptive, calm, and nourishing energy, while Yang embodies the active, dynamic, and transformative force. Together, they create balance and harmony in our lives.
