• 🌹 Energy Work: Explore gentle energy healing techniques to balance and harmonize your body's energy centers, fostering a sense of well-being.
• 🌹 Blue Lotus Ceremony: Experience the spiritual and calming properties of Blue Lotus in a special tea ceremony, connecting us to ancient wisdom and inner peace.
• 🌹 Sound Bath: Let go and surrender to the healing vibrations of a sound bath, allowing the harmonious sounds to soothe your soul.
• 🌹 Yoga Nidra: We'll conclude our day with Yoga Nidra, a deeply relaxing practice that will leave you feeling refreshed, integrated, and renewed.
